We respect your privacy and want you to know your privacy is one of the top priorities of Carpenter Law Firm. As listed below, we are providing our Text Messaging Policy that applies to both short message service (SMS) and multimedia message service (MMS) functionality.

All text messages will be reviewed and responded to by a live person. If you are not an existing client of ours, keep in mind that submitting your information to us through text messaging does not establish an attorney/client relationship and that any information submitted through text messaging is therefore not confidential, not subject to attorney-client privilege, and will not preclude this law firm from representing a different client in the same legal matter. 

If you are a client, co-counsel or retained expert of ours, you should maintain the contents of all text messages you receive from us in confidence to preserve the attorney-client or work product privilege that may be available to protect confidentiality.
