Our Story

After over 30 years of practicing law, Scott Carpenter founded Carpenter Law Firm in 2024, looking to combine his industry-leading experience and expertise with a fresh new experience for his clients, focused on helping them to Build Stronger Communities®, and to Protect Their Purpose®. Carpenter Law wants to be a trusted partner for your leadership team. Focused on personal attention and strong relationships, our team of attorneys proactively look out for you to safeguard your organization’s interests. We understand the specific, unique challenges that face your organization, because we’ve seen them before.

When you partner with Carpenter Law Firm, you are trusting your organization with first-rate legal counsel. Scott is known for his work with community associations, authoring works including “Condominium and Homeowner Association Law in Arizona,” and “Condominium and Homeowner Association Law in Colorado,” in addition to being a member of the Community Associations Institute where he has served as the President of the Central Arizona Chapter and the Co-Chair of the Arizona Legislative Action Committee.
